Celestial Samplings and Stories is more than just an event—it's a journey through the flavors and stories of Central Portugal, set against the backdrop of one of Europe's darkest skies.
The experience is structured around the seamless integration of astronomical observation and gastronomic tasting at the unique location of Baloiço das Aigras. It focuses on the high quality of astronomical interpretation, the careful presentation of local products, and providing a highly coherent and engaging narrative for all participants.

Eye adaptation, equipment setup, and introduction to dark sky concepts
Stargazing Experience
Naked-eye dark sky introduction, constellation identification and interpretation, telescope and binocular observations, celestial phenomena explanations, star stories and legends, and participant photo session
Closing & Farewell
Final questions, sharing moment, and gift bag delivery
